Lubana Care is dedicated to empowering our clients within the comfort of their own homes. Our
experienced and skilled staff are adept at assisting with a range of household tasks, including garden
maintenance, cleaning, laundry, vacuuming, and meal preparation.
In-Home and Personal Care
Our compassionate staff offer support with basic hygiene routines such as toileting and showering, as
well as reminders for medication. We also offer companionship and mealtime assistance, ensuring
our clients feel supported and cared for in every aspect of their daily lives.
Community Engagement
Lubana care strives to support our clients engage in community programs that match their interests.
We encourage clients to build skills and actively participate in community activities. We explore
employment and educational opportunities.
Accommodation Tenancy
Lubana care can provide one on one support to assist clients to achieve their individual
accommodation and tenancy goals, such as assisting clients to overcome barriers that impact a
current tenancy or supporting clients to explore and obtain alternative housing.
Transport
Travel and transport services are scheduled on an ongoing basis, such as getting you to regular
weekly appointments or to and from school. We can provide the support that enables clients to build
capacity to independently travel, whether it be by providing personal transport-related aids and
equipment or training to use public transport.
Additionally, we can organise costs of taxis or other private transport options for those who are not able to travel independently. We can also provide support staff to drive you and stay with you during your appointments, everyday outings and grocery shopping.
